General Terms and Conditions of GPS Location Services Subscription by SaftyTruck
1. Free Trial Offer SaftyTruck, a trade name of NavionTruck World Media, S.L. with CIF B04828885 and address at Calle Salzillo 9 1º E, Roquetas de Mar, Almería, Spain, offers its customers the opportunity to try the GPS location service free of charge for 30 days. This offer is limited to a single location service per vehicle per customer and is not extendable to the contracting of multiple services for different vehicles.
2. Multiple Purchase Conditions In the case of contracting more than one location service, the free trial fee will not be applied. However, the customer will have the right to withdraw from the contract within the first 14 days after purchase, in accordance with current consumer rights legislation.
3. Subscription and Commitment After a satisfactory trial period, one month will be discounted from the total subscription cost, which includes a commitment period of 24 months. This discount will automatically be applied to the total subscription cost if the customer decides to continue after the trial period.
4. Penalties for Early Termination In the event of early termination of the commitment contract, a penalty of 150 euros will be applied for each contracted vehicle location service. This penalty is intended to compensate for the management costs and services associated with the maintenance of the installed devices and platform during the stipulated period.
5. Additional Information on Service Contracting The tracking and location services offered by SaftyTruck are subject to specific contractual conditions that will be detailed in the individual contract of each customer. Customers are advised to read all conditions carefully before signing the service contract.
