Returns Policy and Processing - SaftyTruck

General Return Conditions

At SaftyTruck, we provide a clear and fair policy for product returns and subscription cancellations. Below are the applicable conditions:

Purchased Products

  • The return period is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.
  • The product must be in the same condition as received: unopened, in its original packaging, and without signs of use or handling.
  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the reason for the return is a defect or fault in the product.
  • If the product does not meet the return conditions, it will be rejected and returned to the customer with shipping costs payable.

Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions can be canceled within the first 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • To process a subscription cancellation, you must first contact our Commercial Department via the contact form on our website (Contact Us).
  • In the case of returning devices associated with the subscription, a shipping label will be generated to facilitate the process.

Return Processing

To return a purchased product, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Customer Account.
  2. Go to the "Order History and Details" section.
  3. Select the order you wish to return and click on the details of the order.
  4. Check the product you wish to return and specify the reason in the corresponding field.
  5. Click on "Start Return".

You will receive confirmation by email with further instructions. Once the return is authorized, a shipping label will be provided to send the product to our facilities.

Shipping Conditions

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by SaftyTruck only in cases of product defects or faults.
  • For returns due to other reasons, the shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • It is essential to pack the product adequately to prevent damage during transport. If the product is damaged due to inadequate packaging, we will not be held responsible.

Evaluation Results

  • If the product meets the return conditions, a refund or replacement will be processed accordingly.
  • If the product does not meet the conditions, the customer will be notified, and the product will be returned with shipping costs payable.
